if a person is less able of speech, would he still be able to be a legal secretary?

    No, the law is far to strict, definitive and without flexibility in the world of contract agreement, legal writs and opinion…..no speaky, no jobby, unless in an office of your native language, which judging by your post, is not English.

    It is an absolute to be “perfect” in English, assuming that is the language you are writing, for legal documents.

    One wrong word, comma, period, etc. can change the meaning of sentences.

    So to answer your question, there is not a “legal secretary” job that does not demand perfect command of the English Language.

    No. You have to be able to understand and communicate with your coworkers and attorneys. Secretaries are always on the phone too. So if you have trouble speaking english then maybe you should consider being a clerk instead of a secretary.
