What do you think is a good job for an outgoing people friendly person who is FAST learner?

Looking to get into a new career, but I don’t know what I want to get into. I am currently a Paralegal and a Real Estate Agent. I don’t really like the paralegal thing. Long hours, little money. Real estate agent is great, just slow going, and I want to do that part time.
What would be a good profession to look into? I don’t have alot of money to go back for expensive education. I like financial stuff and the real estate stuff… Just want something relatively easy to get into.
Anyone have any suggestions?

If you’re a fast learner and out going maybe you should consider online marketing. Market a program and if you’re personable and outgoing you’ll get lots of people to sign up = lots of money. While you’re earning this stream of income you’re also learning how to create your own products (ebooks, etc) and can market those. There are some very successful people that have made INCREDIBLE amounts of money. Do a search for the The Butterfly marketing manuscript. It’s also something you can do part time, like your real estate, and still have another career option…. if you’re outgoing marketing might be right up your alley anyhow. Who knows both the online marketing and the real estate could grow and I assure you there’s aspects of online marketing that would benefit your real estate business. What about continuing to be a paralegal in a different area of law. I work as a litigation paralegal for an attorney who handles a good deal of product liability cases (defense). In the course of defending the cases, I learn tons about how products work, what can go wrong, etc. Makes me a bit of a worry-wort IRL, but it satisfies the need to have variety and exposure to new ideas, to stave off boredom.
