rent house now
went to rent a house with a girl and we signed a lease but when the time came to move in she moved in and had someone else move in with her. Now I need my name removed from the lease…..

    So ask the landlord to remove it. However, just know that he is under NO obligation to do so. Just because you did not move in is not HIS problem, it is yours!

    You need to talk to the landlord asap. Currently, you are still liable for the rent.
