    I would recomend finding something….
your going to be waiting for a few years because we won’t see a stable market until then.

Look into leasing agent work. Its basically the same field but instead of finding people homes you will be finding them apartments or houses to rent.

There are a few areas that are doing well. Working with lenders on foreclosures is one. You could work as a property manager. How about trying to represent a subdivision or time share?

They are some areas in Real Estate that are doing well. I am not sure about your area, but here in NC, it’s not that bad. We have never really seen the market boom here. Now clients are moving here, from California, Ny, NJ, and Florida. The real estate market has its ups and down, as any market does. What you make out of it, is what you get. Its not easy, the first year is hard on a new agent and most give up. But if this is what you want deep down inside, make the most out of it. Hope this helps.

i made the HUGE mistake of getting my license here in las vegas last october and then going for it full time because i think everyone really thought the market was going to pick up this spring/summer and it has just gotten worse. so go ahead and get your license, and just do it at night and on the weekends until things start moving again. i think it’s going to be NEXT spring to be honest.
