Hi I work for housing benefits, no you will not lose any money you will be entitled to the full amount payable.
You will not even have to complete a new form because it will be classed as a change in your circumstances. Normally DWP will inform your local authority that you are entitled to JSA, however it will be best if you go and tell them that you have claimed. But in the end you will not lose any money
No. You would still be classed as being on a low income so you would get both.
