You get all these adds from realtors stating they can sell your home and I realize the market is slow. I need someone who will be honest with me. Please I am asking the universe to send me an unconventional Realtor.
I live in SC.
Summerville.
This Realtor will have to step up to the plate. Someone who will help find a great carpet cleaner, someone with knowledge of wooden floors and any other help I need cosmetically for this home. I am single and need a real helpful realtor, not just someone who is all talk.

What part of SC? I know an incredible agent in Aiken.
The thing that will sell your house fast is price. Even in this crappy market (I am in FL) houses that are priced right sell.
