Ihave sold a house & completed the deal & need to sign over the deeds. how can I do this without using a solicitor?

You would have to prepare the ” grant deeds” and have them notarized, and take them to the county recorder for recording. You can get the docs online or usually at Staples.
If the buyer has a loan, I would suggest having it prepared correctly and then recorded. If this is done already then you get a doc called a “reconveyance” have that signed in front of a notary and record the same way.
