How can I be a REALLY successful consultant for a conveyancing company?

I recently joined a legal company as their conveyancing department’s front person. I have to build up a client base of estate agents and get them to instruct our company to attend to the registration process of their residential sales. All agents have their ‘favourite’ attorneys and it is a difficult market to crack. Any suggestions?
