my they wanted to closed fast and he drop our lawyer then we found out that the house has a 70000 dollars dept and the seller needed to pay it we have waited for 4 moths now the seller cant afford to paid anything back from that dept the the buyer is about to lose the house to the bank and my lawyer that the real state got us dnt really explain anything we really want this home is a great prize and will be ableto afforded with out being broke if anyone as a good advise for me i will highly appreciated

Sounds like something to run away from, ducking and screaming. The house, the agent, and the lawyer, just run away.
If the laws were different i’d say you shold shoot the seller, but that’s still against the law even under these circumstances, so don’t.
He dropped the lawyer because the lawyer refused to close it. There is a lien on the house & until it is paid in full he can’t sell the house to anyone. Run!! It won’t be a valid sale & you won’t be able to get clear title.
