I’m from Kazakhstan, now i’m in Maine in college, but my parents are going to come to San Francisco this summer and we wanted to rent a house there for a couple of months. If any one knows where i could find cheap house for rent please let me know.
Thank you very much.

You’re joking, right ? No such thing as a cheap house in San Francisco ! Just a studio apartment can cost you $1,000 a month! Look at for San Francisco and see for yourself. Don’t think you’ll find anything under $2,000+. Even in near by cities a house will rent for no less than $1,500.
No way only in you dreams or the tenderloin (ghetto) try Oakland it’s a nice city 5 minuets away from San Fransisco and way cheaper try the Lake Merrit area its nice and you could get a big apartment for 800$ a month! Peace
As everyone has said, you’re not going to find anything cheap.
it’s kind of late, but you might consider looking into a house swap; I’m guessing there’s a certain number of SF people who might wish to trade houses (of course, that’s assuming that where you live in Maine is nice).
