Does anyone know about first time home buyers programs?

home buyers
I just can’t find any information without having to sign up and spend money. I don’t want to spend any money finding foreclosure listings or info on the first time home buyers program. I know there must be a way to get what I want. Any ideas? Promise a Best Answer!

I used a first time home buyers program when I bought my home. I cant remember who it was through but if you contact a local realtor than they should be able to point you in the right direction. I want to say that the 8 hour class was held at a goodwill. Also you could call your states housing authorities. Try calling some government offices in your area someone will be able to tell you something. Also you can search for cheap houses in your area by going to realtor.com. Or if you get a realtor they can find you listing that are not on the web. they do not charge anything unless you buy the home. try visiting different realty companies on the web like remax.com, coldwell bankers.com and so on. they all let you view there properties.

A really helpful tool for any first time home buyer is a mortgage rate calculator. You can find it here provided by Coldwell Banker Hubbell Briarwood. I hope this helps!
