Client Has Trustee Sale Date in 8 Days?

Estate Agent slow
I’m a real estate agent and my client has a trustee sale date in 8 days. I listed the property on the MLS and I have a buyer. I also faxed Countrywide everything a few days ago (shortsale package,listing and purchase contract) etc. They are slow to repond and I don’t know what to do. What is the fastest way to postpone the sale date? Thanks.

    you have done everything you can. surely Countrywide will postpone sale until short sale docs can be reviewed.
