Can i claim housing Benefit if?

housing benefit claim

I am a full time student (Male) and have a 2 Month old child, however, i have separated with my partner and i will have my child around 110-120 days a year to stay with me. Am i eligible for it? I dont have a big income at all.

    wel it will just depend on if you get centrelink or not? dose the mother or do you pay child support? i think it will go off your weekly income before tax weath you wil get any houseing benefits…just give them a call and ask them they will tel you what the go is…sorry i hope this helps

    I hope not. You made the baby. Support it. It shouldn’t be taxpayer’s responsibility to pay while you stay in school.
