Are there any other incentives or credits for non-first time home buyers?

I am aware of Obama’s first time home buyer tax credit, but both my Husband and I have owned homes in our own names before. We purchased this home 3 years ago, but have decided to have more children and would like to move up to a larger home with more space and land, but can’t afford to lose much on the price of our current home. Are we simply stuck until the housing market turns around?
