I do real estate in New York and I found the website in the year 2005. On that site it stated the first time home buyers can get up to $7,000.00 yet I can’t seem to locate it. When I do a search there’s various sites.

can someonebody tell me what is a real estate conveyancer? For example: agent gets a deal and give the file to this person who takes care of all the following work. what do you call those people who take care of property transaction like..order title.. or get the inspection done.. etc…

Fear of not being able to rent the house out?

I have wanted to get into real estate investing for a while now. Im 20, and recently got a job enabling me to do so. My main fear is, ill buy a house, not be able to rent it out, and be stuck with the payments. What are some thoughts on this?
