What would you expect to pay for conveyancers fees for purchasing a property?

Eeekkk! No, that doesn’t seem reasonable at all. I wouldn’t have expected more than maybe $200 USD for something like that. There are fees from the attorney wh handled it as well as fees at the courthouse to record the deed change but that amount seems outrageous.
What would I EXPECT to pay.
I have no expectations one way or another. In fact I am rather dispassionate and disinterested in conveyance fees as a subject, thank you very much.
